Fixaars Inc - Data Deletion Request Policy

Fixaars Inc is committed to giving users control over their personal information. This Data Deletion Policy explains how users can request deletion of their personal data from the Fixaars Platform, including the website, iOS app, and Android app.
1. How to Request Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of their personal data using either of the following methods:
A. In-App Deletion (Recommended)
- Open the Fixaars App
- Go to Profile / Account Settings
- Select Delete Account
- Confirm your request
Your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion once verified.
B. Email Request
Send an email to:
privacy@fixaars.com
Include:
- Your full name
- Your registered email address
- Your registered phone number
- A clear statement requesting data deletion
Example: "I am requesting deletion of my Fixaars account and all personal data associated with it."
2. What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon verification, Fixaars Inc will delete:
- Account profile information
- Email, phone number, and login credentials
- Service history and job records
- Location data
- Device and usage analytics
- Uploaded photos, videos, and user-generated content
- Saved preferences and in-app communications
- Payment history stored by Fixaars (not payment processors)
3. What Data May Be Retained
Certain information may not be deleted immediately if required by:
- Law enforcement requirements
- Anti-fraud monitoring
- Tax, accounting, or audit obligations
- Dispute resolution
- Platform abuse investigations
Examples of data that may be retained temporarily:
- Transaction logs
- Fraud prevention flags
- System logs required for security
Fixaars retains only the minimum amount of data necessary and only for the period legally required.
4. Third-Party Payment Processors
Fixaars Inc does not store payment information. Deletion requests do not automatically erase data held by:
- Stripe
- PayPal
- Other third-party processors
Users must contact those providers directly for deletion of payment records they store independently.
5. Processing Time
Verified deletion requests will be completed within:
15 calendar days
In rare cases (fraud review, legal restrictions), deletion may take up to:
30 days, and the user will be notified if an extension is required.
6. Effect of Deletion
Once your data is deleted:
- Your Fixaars account cannot be recovered
- All bookings, service records, and history will be removed
- You must create a new account to use Fixaars again
- Communications between you and Providers will be permanently deleted
